Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Operations Senior Executive to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operational processes. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of operations, while supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, smooth workflow across departments.
• Monitor operational KPIs and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, finance, and customer service.
• Assist in planning and executing operational strategies to support business goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Resolve operational issues and troubleshoot process bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for operational activities.
• Train and mentor junior team members, ensuring alignment with company standards and expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP or operations software systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
