SoyaCincau.com is looking for a creative, sharp, and tech-curious individual to join our growing team as a Social Media Content Creator. This cross-functional role blends social media storytelling with short-form video editing, production, and analytics monitoring.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Content Creation
  • Shoot, edit, and deliver original videos optimised for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and more.
  • Adapt videos to suit platform-specific styles and technical requirements.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and long-form video content as needed.
  • Lead scripting, caption writing, and titling for social content.
  • Own content alignment with SoyaCincau’s brand guidelines, tone, and internal SOPs.
  • Manage production workflows for car reviews, product showcases, podcasts, studio shoots, livestreams, and events.
  • Regularly pitch and develop original content ideas and video series for SoyaCincau.com.
  • Social Media Strategy
  • Drive the execution of the social content calendar in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
  • Monitor emerging trends and viral content formats, proactively integrating them into content planning.
  • Innovate and test new video formats and storytelling approaches to maximise engagement and reach.
  • Analytics & Optimisation
  • Analyse social media and video performance data to inform ongoing content improvements.
  • Own optimisation strategies to increase viewership, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Contribute to shaping platform-specific content strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Collaboration
  • Coordinate closely with creative and editorial teams to ensure smooth production and on-brand content.
  • Share expertise in AI tools and best practices, fostering continuous improvement within the team.
  • Align video content outputs with overall marketing and editorial objectives.

✅ You’re a Good Fit If You Have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation, videography, or digital media.
  • Hands-on proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom (or equivalent tools).
  • Working knowledge of using cameras, mics, and lighting — no need to be a pro, but you should be comfortable setting up a shoot.
  • A strong understanding of what works on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Experience or passion in tech — phones, laptops, EVs, AI tools, etc.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively across creative and editorial teams.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools to assist in research, scripting, or production workflows.
