Content Creator Marketing Executive - Ampang Jaya

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven individual to manage both content creation and affiliate marketing for our growing contact lens brand. You’ll create engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook—while also recruiting and managing affiliate partners to help drive brand awareness and sales.

Requirements:

• Confident and comfortable being on camera.
• Strong interest in beauty, health, or lifestyle content.
• Familiar with TikTok, IG, and Facebook content formats and trends.
• Good communication skills (English and [add local language if needed]).
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, VN, Canva).
• Bonus: Experience working with influencers or affiliate programs.

• Plan, shoot, and edit short videos for TikTok, IG Reels, and Facebook.
• Confidently present on camera to demonstrate and explain products.
• Follow and adapt social media trends to fit the brand.
• Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting.

• Recruit and onboard influencers, creators, and resellers.
• Provide content, discount codes, and trackable links to affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate performance and suggest improvements.
• Support campaigns and product launches with affiliate involvement.
• Be the face and voice of a fast-growing beauty/optical brand.
