ServiceNow Developer - Klang

Major Duties

Responsibilities:

• Contribution to the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement of existing ones
• End-to-end development involvement across all project phases: requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Operational support of the ITSM tool in collaboration with the Service Manager, including monitoring and incident management
• Design, development, and enhancement of tools and interfaces under the responsibility of the IT Service Management team
• Lead the integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and business applications to enhance workflow automation and data consistency.
• Application of agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM) throughout the development process
• Administration, configuration and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage the ServiceNow upgrade process, including testing and validation, to ensure compatibility and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Implement all security recommendations suggested by ServiceNow, actively monitor the security state of the platform, and maintain robust security protocols to safeguard against vulnerabilities
• Monitor and analyze platform usage and performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
