System Analyst (Automation Developer)
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in WLA and RPA platforms like Zena, DDRPA, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or other similar tools.
- Strong skills in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript) with the ability to write complex scripts and custom integrations.
- Expertise in designing, building, and optimizing scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., ESB, iSeries, databases).
- Experience in fine-tuning automation processes for reliability, speed, and efficiency.
- Ability to resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Advanced knowledge of version control systems like Git and experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment.

- Preferred Qualifications:
- Malaysian citizen
- Minimum age of 21 years as of the closing date of the application.
- Passed the Malay Language (including oral test) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.
- Bachelor Degree (Honours) in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent which is recognized by the Government from any local or abroad higher learning institution in a related field of study or qualification in related field of study which is recognized by the Government.
- Understanding of key design principles.
Experience Requirements:
- Senior Developer: 5+ years, with at least 5 years in automation development and experience leading projects or mentoring teams.
- Design and Development of Automation Solutions
Identify business processes suitable for automation and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
Develop, configure, and deploy automation workflows using tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zena, Zenith or other WLA and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms.
Design scalable and reusable automation frameworks and templates.- Testing and Debugging
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of automation workflows.
Debug and resolve issues to ensure the smooth functioning of automation solutions.- Maintenance and Optimization
Monitor existing automation systems for performance, reliability, and potential improvements.
Update or optimize automated processes to accommodate changes in business needs or technologies.
Address and resolve issues reported by users or detected during monitoring.=- Collaboration with Teams
Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to understand process requirements.
Partner with IT and development teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems.- Documentation and Training
Document automation workflows, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Provide training and support to end-users on automated processes.- Adherence to Best Practices and Standards
Follow automation development best practices, including error handling, logging, and exception management.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.- Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Research and recommend new automation tools or technologies to enhance existing processes.
Stay updated on trends in automation, AI, and machine learning to identify opportunities for innovation.- Monitoring and Analytics
Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the performance and impact of automated processes.
Generate reports and insights to demonstrate the efficiency and ROI of automation efforts.- Support for Low-Code/No-Code Platforms (if applicable)
Develop and maintain low-code or no-code applications to support faster deployment of automation solutions.
