Internship Digital Media Intern - Klang

Key Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Manage and update digital product listings.
• Create engaging content, including captions, videos, and visuals for promotions and campaigns.
• Assist in livestream sessions to connect with audiences and promote our services.

• Collaborate with various departments to produce visual assets that support branding, internal communication, and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in end-to-end media creation, including photography, videography, editing, and design of posters, infographics, and reels.
• Lead visual storytelling and creative concept development.

• Develop a deep understanding of our services and offerings to support marketing initiatives.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries or comments on digital platforms and building online community engagement.
• Provide backup support to customer service or campaign tracking when needed.

• Maintain accurate records of sales leads, campaign performance, and digital engagement.]
• Assist in the coordination of promotional activities and marketing calendars.
• Support any ad-hoc tasks relevant to the marketing or media team.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Google Analytics.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of content and adjusting strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and content optimisation.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Passionate about creative work, digital trends, and storytelling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
• Familiarity or interest in using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or video editing apps.
• A basic understanding of marketing strategies and a results-oriented mindset.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently or in a team setting.
