Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Creative with a good sense of current design trends.
Basic understanding of design principles (color, typography, composition).
Photo editing skills are an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
Flexible availability (suitable for students or freelancers).
Basic knowledge of printing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create designs for printed materials such as banners, buntings, brochures, business cards, product labels, and other related items based on project requirements.
Develop digital promotional materials (social media posts, posters, advertisements) as assigned.
Communicate with clients or internal teams to understand design requirements and expectations.
Prepare mock-ups or visual previews for approval prior to production or publishing.
Perform basic to intermediate photo editing and image manipulation.
Ensure designs meet basic technical specifications such as size, color, and resolution.
Organize and manage design files in a systematic and accessible manner.
Collaborate with team members flexibly (online/offline) to ensure smooth workflow.
Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines based on part-time schedule or project deadlines.
