Zero years' experience as a travel consultant or in a customer-facing role in the tourism industry
- Welcome Fresh Graduate
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for clients
- Advise and assist Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in selecting the most suitable travel packages and itineraries
- Oversee the full execution of tours, ensuring smooth logistics (flights, visas, schedules), problem-solving during travel, and on-time delivery of services as promised in the itinerary.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and coordinate all booking and reservation requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, destinations, and industry developments
- Liaise with travel suppliers to secure the best rates to cost controlling.
- Serve as a Tour Leader when required, ensuring stakeholders' satisfaction, safety, and a positive representation of the company during travel.
- Assist our stakeholders for long stay VISA (MM2H) or Education Visa in Malaysia.
