Branch Manager (International Logistic Company)

What you'll do:
As a Branch Manager for our client's multinational logistics company, your role will be pivotal in developing business strategies that align with the company's global goals. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, collaborating with stakeholders, leading your team towards high performance, managing P&L, building customer relationships, maximising resource efficiency, overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and identifying growth opportunities through market analysis.
- Develop and execute business strategies and plans to drive branch profitability
- Drive revenue and volume growth to achieve or exceed set targets
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders across regional and global teams
- Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver high performance
- Take full ownership of P&L, covering operations, finance, and administration
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to boost satisfaction and long-term value
- Maximize resource efficiency and productivity across all functions
- Oversee daily operations and ensure effective planning and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and business prospects

With at least 8 years of relevant experience under your belt—including 5 years in a strategic leadership role—you are well-equipped to take on this challenging role.Your results-driven mindset combined with your passion for driving performance makes you an asset to any team. Your proven ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration between sales and operations will be crucial in this role. Lastly, your solid expertise in air and ocean freight as well as supply chain operations sets you apart from others.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Logistics/related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics—plus a minimum of 5 years in a strategic, P&L-focused leadership role
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for driving performance and developing high-impact teams
- Proven ability to navigate and manage cross-functional collaboration between sales and operations
- Solid expertise in air and ocean freight, logistics, or supply chain operations
