Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service and front desk experience preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office apps, and other office tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours based on studio needs.
- Punctuality is a crucial requirement for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle class bookings, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Provide information about classes, instructors, and promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and studio.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and report preparation.
- Communicate effectively with instructors and management to ensure smooth studio operations.
