About the Role

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to focus on project specification and pre-sales activities. This role involves proactive engagement with architects, interior designers, QS firms, and developers to drive early-stage material specification for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive brand specification in the architectural and design community
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key project stakeholders
  • Provide consultation, product demonstrations, and technical support to clients
  • Prepare and deliver calculations and customized surface solutions
  • Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to meet client expectations
  • Represent company at trade events, site visits, and presentations
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2–5 years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or architecture-related industries
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in specification sales or technical sales is a plus
