  • Good in manner and can work as a team.
  • Organization Skills and Time Management Skills needed.

Invoicing Clerk (can start Immediately):

  • Responsible for the activities associated with the transportation of goods for Customers.
  • Respond to customer queried/ complaints/ feedbacks on a timely basis.
  • Generate and issue invoices to customers based on service agreements / matching to Customer PO/ Sales Order.
  • Supporting Invoicing dept month end/ Year end closing processes in time to meet deadline.
  • Reporting to the supervisor and resolve the issue in time manner.
  • To handle any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
