Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Familiar with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, or others).
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing accounts payable and receivable (AP & AR), record daily sales, track machine usage or performance records, and maintain organized financial and administrative files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile daily sales transactions.
• Maintain and update machine usage/performance records (as required).
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

• Maintain proper filing systems for accounting documents and records.
• Support the finance team in audits and other administrative tasks as needed.
