任职要求 Qualifications

学历背景:本科及以上学历,行政管理、工商管理相关专业优先。

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Administration or Business Management.

工作经验:2年以上行政经验,熟悉房地产或建筑行业后勤流程。

2+ years in administration, with exposure to real estate/logistics workflows.

核心技能:

精通马来西亚政府办事流程,具备独立对接能力;

Proficient in Malaysian government procedures with independent liaison capabilities.

熟练使用Office软件及档案管理系统;

Skilled in Office suites and document management systems.

语言能力:中英双语流利(书面及口语)。

Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).

个人特质:细致高效,具备跨部门协作及多任务处理能力。

Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and cross-departmental coordination skills.

核心职责 Core Responsibilities

文件档案管理:负责公司合同、证照、资质文件的归档、保管及定期更新。

Manage company documents, licenses, and certifications, including archiving, custody, and regular updates.

公司资产管理:统筹办公设备、固定资产的登记、维护及定期盘点。

Oversee company assets, including equipment registration, maintenance, and inventory audits.

证照办理:对接政府机构,处理营业执照变更、备案等行政手续。

Liaise with government agencies for administrative procedures (e.g., license renewal, project filings).

后勤保障:管理办公场所水电费、物业费缴纳及供应商协调。

Coordinate logistics (utilities, property fees) and vendor management for office operations.

合规支持:确保行政流程符合马来西亚当地法规及行业要求。

Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and real estate industry standards.

Work location: Johor Bahru

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM(5-day system)

Workday meals provided;
Annual Leave;

Performance Bonus.
