About GogoKids:

GogoKids is Malaysia’s Largest Kids Learning Platform on a mission to make learning fun & accessible among parents & kids. We’re looking for a proactive, energetic Event Management Intern to support our school outreach, workshops, and brand activation programmes.

Job Description:

Event Planning and Coordination:

• Assist in planning, coordinating & executing on-ground events and school activations
• Support the Event Team in creating event timelines, schedules, and checklists.

Logistics and Operations:

• Support event logistics—materials prep, packing, delivery, setup & teardown
• Ensure all event materials and equipment are prepared and delivered on time.

Administrative Tasks:

• Collect feedback, prepare post-event reports & improvement insights
• Able to perform any duties assigned by superior or management
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration).
• Organized, detailed, responsible & able to multitask
• Strong communication & people skills
• Willing to be on-ground, travel to event locations when needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn

• You will have a fast career growth in this company as your performance will be directly overseen by senior management.
• Hybrid working model, alternate days working in office & working from home
• Office located in the KLCC area, just a 10-minute walk from KLCC LRT, and easily accessible by LRT, MRT, and Monorail
