TheEvent Executiveis responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, travel fairs, trade shows, and partner engagement activities to support business growth, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales performance.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Tourism, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of event management experience (travel/tourism industry preferred).
  • Strong project management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
  • Good budgeting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple events.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end event execution (A–Z); travel fair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute travel fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate events aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) for smooth event delivery.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and organizers for end-to-end event management.
  • Oversee logistics, timelines, setup, dismantling, and on-site operations.
  • Ensure consistent branding and manage event budgets effectively.
  • Drive lead generation and support sales conversion through events.
  • Manage registrations, engagement tracking, and post-event reporting.
  • Lead and supervise event teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
