Senior Sales Executive (F&B)

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong focus on selling cakes and other related products to cafés and similar outlets. The ideal candidate is someone who already has a strong client portfolio, especially in the café scene, and is passionate about driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B sales, preferably with café channel sales exposure
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Existing client base in the café industry is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and manage sales processes end-to-end
• Willing to travel
• Develop and manage B2B sales with cafés, bakeries, and food establishments
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships while sourcing new leads
• Promote and sell cakes and dessert items to café owners and purchasing managers
• Prepare sales presentations, quotations, and close deals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide market feedback to refine product offerings and marketing strategies
