Job Description- To assist restaurant manager to meet all operations KPIs in the respective store
- Ensuring shift is properly staffed and ready to handle business volume
- To provide coaching to team members on their day-to-day operations
- To assist in active recruiting plan when necessary
- To achieve company service goals and service targets during the shift
- To uphold Domino’s Pizza’s policies and standards
- To handle all customer complaints and resolved it in a timely manner
- To assist restaurant manager on their weekly administrative paperwork as and when needed
