Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with local Malaysian labor laws, social security policies, and business practices.
  • Associate degree or above, with priority given to candidates majoring in human resource management, public administration, business administration or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of relevant human resource and administrative work experience is preferred.
  • Candidates with human resource and administrative work experience in branch offices, foreign trade companies or the new energy industry are also preferred.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, able to communicate effectively with the China headquarters team and local Malaysian staff; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Possesses solid professional knowledge in human resources and administration, is familiar with the entire process of recruitment, employee relations, attendance and performance management, and administrative coordination, and is able to independently handle daily human resources and administrative affairs.
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process of branch office personnel, including job posting, resume screening, interview organization, and hiring procedures, to build a talent team that fits the company's development;
  • Responsible for handling all procedures for employee onboarding, probation, job transfer, and resignation, and establishing and maintaining employee files.
  • Build harmonious employee relations, handle employee inquiries, complaints and labor relations matters; prevent personnel and employment risks, organize employee team building activities, etc., to enhance employee sense of belonging; assist in the implementation of employee incentive and care policies, and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the company's daily administrative office management, including office supplies procurement, office environment maintenance , organization of company meetings , and document receipt, dispatch, and archiving management, ensuring efficient and orderly administrative processes.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Cooperate with the company's business and technical departments to provide human resources and administrative support, coordinate and resolve related issues in daily work; liaise with the China headquarters to communicate and coordinate, transmit relevant notices, and provide feedback on local conditions.
