Job Summary: Beauty and Skin Care Products Traine (Bukit Bintang, KL)

Our client, a pioneer in scientifically advanced skincare with over 35 years of excellence, has also successfully expanded into haircare since 2014. They are now hiring a Beauty Trainer to deliver engaging product, treatment, and sales training to salon professionals across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product knowledge and treatment protocol training.
• Deliver sales and customer service workshops.
• Develop and update training materials.
• Provide on-site support and hands-on training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and support ongoing development.
• Act as a brand ambassador and build strong client relationships.
• Maintain training records and coordinate logistics.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Beauty Therapy or related field (CIBTAC/CIDESCO/SKM preferred).
• 3–5 years as a beauty therapist, ideally with training experience.
• Skilled in skincare, treatment techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Willing to travel locally for training sessions.

Offer:

• Basic salary RM4500–RM6000
• EPF, SOCSO, EIS
• 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm)
