- Ensuring that the quantities in the Bill of Quantity are accurate based off drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations within the allocated timeline.
- To fully understand construction drawings.
- Scrutinizing maintenance, material costs, and contracts to ensure the best deals are made.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors and subcontractors.
