about the role

The role requires an experienced and highly capable Head of Facilities to lead the factory Facilities team. This senior management role requires extensive experience in facilities operation and maintenance within a semiconductormanufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities management, including strategic planning, project execution, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

key responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the factory Facilities organization, ensuring alignment with company's Facilities objectives and providing effective, professional facility services and preventive maintenance to support production, warehouse, and office operations.
  • Team Management: Oversee and direct a team of Maintenance technicians, facilities operation engineers, and the security area, including leading, coaching, evaluating, and making decisions regarding hiring, disciplinary action, performance appraisal, promotion, and termination.
  • Operational Oversight: Act as a key interface with local management, production departments, and other supporting functions, ensuring site facilities operations comply with governmental specifications and are suitable for occupancy.
  • Project & Financial Management: Plan, budget, and schedule facilities modifications (including SOW and technical calculations), control building design, construction, installations, and maintenance, and manage annual CapEx & OPEX, including implementing energy cost & R&M OPEX reduction programs.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and standardize various facilities procedures and work instructions to improve efficiencies, determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure adherence to organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, environmental policies, and maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive business information.
requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • At least 10 years of extensive experience in a senior management role within a facilities organization, specifically in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong understanding of building facilities operations and maintenance, with familiarity with AUTOCAD software.
