Customer Service Executive
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver excellent customer service
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the call centre or customer service industry
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address customer concerns
Good communication skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences

Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
Troubleshooting product-related issues and providing solutions to customers
Assisting customers with product information, order status updates, and general inquiries
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes- Medical and dental benefits, insurance coverage.
