Assist in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies aligned with company targets.Lead and guide the sales and marketing team to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Create sales offerings and pricing plans that appeal to customers and boost revenue.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal advisors, and financial institutions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Perform market research to stay informed of industry trends and competition.
skills and requirements- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of experience in property development marketing, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Experience in launching township or large-scale residential projects.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
