Customer Service Officer | Fresh Graduate Welcome | Near LRT, Kuala Lumpur (AF)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with customers via call, email or face to face.
• Provide service and support to all customers' inquiries and complaints.
• Processing and handling customer order.
• Administration and reports generation.
• Inventory and stock management.
• Any other tasks or projects as assigned.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Excellent communication skill is preferred.
• Fresh graduate encourage to apply as training provided.
• Candidate must be willing to work at Capital Square Kuala Lumpur which is accessible by LRT/ Monorail and bus as well.
• Good command in English, Bahasa, Mandarin and or other Local Dialect as incumbent required to liaise with multinational customers.
• Full time position(s) available.
