Account & Finance Executive (Mandarin Speaker) - Kuala Lumpur

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.- Required skill(s): MS Office.- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.- Full-Time position(s) available for Accounts Executive.

What you'll be doing:

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances- Maintaining historical records- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports- Maintaining the billing system- Generating invoices and account statements- Performing account reconciliations- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records- Producing monthly financial and management reports- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
