Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. (2+ years experience preferred, including in-house or agency).
- Experience recruiting for e-commerce, tech, or digital-focused companies is a huge plus.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from job posting to offer letter for a variety of roles.
- Sourcing: Proactively source and attract passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other creative channels.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a exceptional and communicative experience for every candidate, from application to onboarding.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and team culture.
- Employer Branding: Help promote our company’s culture and values to attract top talent.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
- Offer Management: Extend offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidate
