• Computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written skills. Proficiency in mandarin language preferred to deal with chinese speaking counterparts.

• Keeping up to date with current employment legislations.
• Skills required: Full-Cycle Recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Sourcing, Interviewing, Communication Skills, Human Resources (HR) and Stakeholder Management.

They are looking for a qualified HR Recruiter/ SR Hr Recruiter to support them in their recruitment ooperations in view their expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, with a focus on attracting talent within the Engineering and Technical Consulting sectors.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to efficiently manage candidate data, track recruitment progress, and generate reports on key recruitment metrics.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR team members, and external recruitment partners.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
