Roles & responsibilities:

• Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
• Understanding of assigned Unit of work in the investigation process.
• Follows clear instructions, SOP’s and workflows of each segmented task of our investigations process.
• Leverages appropriate operational tools and applications to find the data.
• Ability to successfully navigate websites.
• Understands and adheres to workflow directions.
• Participate in performance improvement plans for self- development.
• Performs a variety of routine standard tasks
• In-patient Medical benefits up to 80K USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children (if any).
• Out-patient Medical benefits up to 250 USD per claim (for each individual), for self, spouse & children (if any) – 15% co-payment
• Optical benefit up to 120 USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children – Claimable after completion of 1 year
• Dental (Tooth extraction and filling) up to 500 USD per year (for each individual), for self, spouse & children – Claimable after completion of 90 days
• Dental (Scaling) up to USD 50 per year (for each individual), for self, spouse & children – Claimable after completion of 90 days
• Annual Leave 10 days for first 2 years, 12 days after completion of 2 years (prorated).
• Medical Leave as per Labor law - 14 days.
• Bereavement leaves – 3 working days in an event of death in the immediate family (Spouse, Children, parents).
• Maternity Leave – for 98 consecutive days for associates. To start not earlier than 30 days from the expected due date, or post the due date.
• Paternity leaves – 7 days
