Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The role requires staff to work from Monday to Sunday, with any one day off on Friday.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Candidates must possess at least an SPM, Diploma or Advanced Level qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged and welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and address customer concerns.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Flexibility in working hours is required, including the ability to work on public holidays and weekends.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient support about products and services.
- Provide timely, accurate, and quality responses to customers via various contact points: phone lines, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the processes.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the superior.
