Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the service team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of 20 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Train new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures, and conduct ongoing training for existing staff.
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the establishment.
- Manage inventory of service supplies and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and overall operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss challenges, and gather feedback.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the service staff, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery during peak hours and special events.
- Train, mentor, and develop service team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for skill enhancement to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement performance improvement plans as needed to ensure optimal productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, employing conflict resolution techniques to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination, optimizing workflow and minimizing service delays.
- Maintain inventory of service supplies, place orders as needed, and ensure proper storage and utilization to control costs and prevent shortages.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance among all service personnel.
- Assist in the development and implementation of service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall dining experience.
- Manage staff scheduling and work assignments to ensure adequate coverage and efficient allocation of resources.
