HR Executive

At least 3 years of experience in accounting or payroll (experience in small, medium, or large companies is acceptable)
- Mandarin speaker preferred
- Proficient in Excel or payroll software
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
- Must possess a car and a valid driving license
- Must have own laptop
- Stationed at the factory or project site for 2–3 hours daily to report workers’ attendance (industrial or construction projects)
- Return to the office to handle internal company matters
- Handle client invoicing and workers’ payroll every 1–2 weeks
- Handle recruitment and related coordination
- Perform other administrative or management tasks based on experience
- Flexible working hours, adjustable according to site arrangements
- Salary range: RM4,000 – RM7,000 (negotiable based on last drawn pay)
- Commission scheme available
- EPF, SOCSO, public holidays, medical leave, and annual leave provided
