Possess a Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources role, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage employee relations, address employee concerns, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company regulations.
  • Experience in implementing and managing performance management systems, including setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiarity with HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) and experience in managing training programs and claims.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with employees and management.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to manage employee data and generate reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company objectives, ensuring consistent application and communication.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Administer performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans, to drive employee development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including HRDF claimable courses, to enhance employee skills and knowledge and support organizational growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
