Nutritionist cum Customer Service

Job requirements:

1. Priority given to candidates who speak, read, and write Mandarin fluently to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
2. Outspoken and willing to go above and beyond for patients
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
4. Able to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Good organizational and multitasking abilities
7. Prior experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job scope:

• Handle customer inquiries and manage appointments
• Conduct basic assessments and explain results
• Provide accurate information on services and products
• Deliver proactive, patient-focused service and follow-ups
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain records
