Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Management cum Marketing Trainee to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor Branch.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of business management strategies and initiatives.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Participate in client relationship management, ensuring consistent communication and addressing client needs promptly.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends that align with the firm's services.
• Collaborate with the management team on internal process improvements and strategic planning.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings, including performance analysis and market insights.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to develop management and marketing skills.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply!
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to read and write in Mandarin (Candidates need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking client)
