JNDesign is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead business growth, strengthen market presence, and guide the sales team towards achieving company targets. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a solid background in sales and marketing, and knowledge of the advertising industry.
Job Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Strong knowledge of the Digital Marketing Industry
- Experienced in Marketing Agency will be added advantage
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Able to provide product and sales training to team members
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Provide basic product knowledge and sales training to team members
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the advertising industry
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
- Strengthen brand awareness and improve overall market positioning
Strategic Account Management:
- Oversee a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high retention and identifying opportunities for service expansion (Upselling/Cross-selling).
