  • Maintain an organized and clean office environment.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments, including booking conference rooms and preparing materials.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Manage and update company databases and contact lists.
  • Assist in organizing company events, such as team lunches and holiday parties.
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for staff members.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office.
