  • Minimum education is Secondary Level / SPM
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to converse in Mandarin
  • 6 working days per weeks (Monday - Saturday) 9am-6pm
  • Consider WFH on Sat after confirmation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Attention to details
  • Responsible for ensuring daily tasks are being planned
  • Manage admin and office tasks such as filing, data entry, invoices and etc
  • Coordination with fulfillment center, courier company and other third parties
  • Ensure the smooth functioning of office operations
  • Provide assistance to other colleague (Customer Service, Leader) when needed
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
