- Minimum education is Secondary Level / SPM
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to converse in Mandarin
- 6 working days per weeks (Monday - Saturday) 9am-6pm
- Consider WFH on Sat after confirmation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Attention to details
- Responsible for ensuring daily tasks are being planned
- Manage admin and office tasks such as filing, data entry, invoices and etc
- Coordination with fulfillment center, courier company and other third parties
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office operations
- Provide assistance to other colleague (Customer Service, Leader) when needed
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
