- Support the sales and marketing teams in executing promotional campaigns and events, including preparing marketing materials, coordinating logistics, and tracking campaign performance to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and market insights, contributing to the innovation and improvement of plant-based food products that align with consumer preferences and health trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory levels using CRM software and other relevant tools, ensuring data integrity and facilitating informed decision-making.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the health and wellness sector, providing valuable insights to inform business strategies and product development initiatives.
- Support the operations team in managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations, contributing to the efficient and safe production and distribution of plant-based food products.
