Senior Business Development Executive (MY)
Clear Aligners III Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur Full-time
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on the dental, pharmaceutical, or medical industries.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets, and developing strategic business partnerships.
- In-depth knowledge of orthodontic products, including intraoral scanners and clear aligner solutions is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clinic decision-makers.
- Experience in organizing and representing a company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clinics and attend industry events.
- Approach dental clinics by walk-in / appointment and establish contact with key decision makers, to gain agreement for onboarding as partner clinics.
- Proposal to dental clinics on products and services offered to cater clinical needs of dentists / dental clinics.
- Increase sales value from existing customers, as well as develop new customers base to maximise sales value achievement.
- Support customers / dental clinics / partner clinics / collaborating partners by maintaining close communication by providing periodical customer service and training.
- Maintain close communication with customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform periodical visit to all customers in designated territories, for both in-base & outstation.
- Attend to exhibitions, roadshows, or any other related marketing events that align with DCA’s objectives.
- Liaise maintain close internal communication with other departments to ensure.
- Perform urgent product delivery to customers (if needed).
- Perform product (intraoral scanner) demonstration to potential customers, and provide case support (with intraoral scanner) to partner dentists to facilitate potential clear aligners sales closing.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
