As the assistant sales manager, you will be responsible:

• work closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute sales plans that drive business growth
• proactively identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and customer demographics
• involved in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and market analyses
• deliver exceptional customer service and diligent follow-up to maximise customer satisfaction
• stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferable from Cryogenic or Industrial Gas
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel locally and regionally
