- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal). Proficiency in Bahasa Cina is a plus
- Account Payable & Payments
- Prepare payments to suppliers (trade & non-trade) and part-time promoters
- Check and process invoices
- Process dealer commission payments
- Handle self-billed invoices and issue invoice notes
- Account Receivable & Collections
- Key in collection receipts for e-commerce transactions
- Check and verify sales returns for accuracy
- Administration & Audit Support
- Maintain proper document filing and record keeping
- Assist and liaise with auditors during audit periods
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting records
- Update company cashflow
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
