- Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in live streaming, social media, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
- Technical Skills
- Familiar with live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Shopee Live).
- Basic knowledge of lighting, camera setup, and streaming tools/software.
- Ads Management Knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Organizational Skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Able to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication & Teamwork
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, or other relevant languages.

- Able to troubleshoot technical or operational issues quickly during live sessions.

- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, depending on the live schedule.
- Support Live Hosts During Broadcasts
- Assist in setting up equipment, lighting, and background before live sessions.
- Monitor live stream quality and troubleshoot minor technical issues in real-time.
- Prepare and organize products or talking points for the live host.
- Product & Script Preparation
- Assist in researching product features and benefits to support the host’s script.
- Help prepare and update live stream scripts, price lists, and promotional content.
- Customer Engagement
- Monitor live chat comments and assist in responding to viewer questions promptly.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to the host or team.
- Inventory & Product Handling
- Ensure product samples are ready and organized for each live session.
- Keep track of inventory displayed or promoted during live shows.
- Post-Live Support
- Assist in saving and organizing video content after each session.
- Help in preparing performance reports or basic live session summaries.
- Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with marketing and sales teams for updated product info, promotions, and schedules.
- Coordinate with hosts to ensure smooth daily planning and execution.
- Other Duties
- Provide general administrative support related to live commerce.
- Participate in content brainstorming sessions if required.
