Electrical engineer

We arecurrently representing a leading global provider of advanced industrial manufacturing solutions in their search for a high-caliber Electrical Engineer to join their PE (Process Engineering) department. Our client is recognized for its commitment to engineering excellence, focusing on the design, development, and optimization of sophisticated electrical systems and automated production equipment.

As a key member of the engineering team, you will bridge the gap between product design and large-scale manufacturing, ensuring that all electrical systems from power generation to robotic arm integration, operate at peak efficiency.

• Design & Development: Lead the electrical design, customization, and process specification for new product solutions.
• System Optimization: Program and improve PLC systems and robotic arms to ensure stable, automated production.
• Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and process technical support to the production workshop, addressing complex issues promptly to maintain high uptime.
• Quality & Compliance: Supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical components while ensuring strict adherence to industry codes, standards, and ISO audit requirements.
• Cost & Efficiency: Manage BOM calculations and specification selections to reduce manufacturing costs and lead equipment optimization initiatives.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related accredited program.
• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in electrical system design, commissioning, or maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of circuit theory, power systems, and digital logic design; hands-on experience with simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, SPICE) is highly valued.
• Automation Skills: Proven ability in PLC programming and robot arm design/improvement.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is essential, as this role involves frequent collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the communication skills required to train workshop personnel and coordinate with cross-functional teams like R&D, Procurement, and Quality.
