- Proven experience in electrical systems maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting in building/property management
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, plans and specifications
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Assist the Assistant Manager in managing construction projects
- Prepare drawings and specifications for the tender process
- Manage and monitor construction progress
- Review and resolve issues encountered during construction on site
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure work meets end-user requirements
