- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps.
- Create, design, and develop effective training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Facilitate in-person collective classes, on-the-job training.
- Manage training records, and the Learning Management System.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and monthly training reports.
- Ensure training programs meet company, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or with 3–5 years of practical F&B service experience and at least 2 years in a training or mentorship role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training or L&D roles.
- Train The Trainer (TTT) certification.
- Strong communication, presentation, instructional design, and proficiency in MS Office/LMS.
