Our client, MNC Manufacturing Based Company, looking for well experience Facilities Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, including coordinate repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operation
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, schedules, and protocols to ensure optimal functioning of all building system
- To manage wastewater treatment plant final discharge water meets DOE standard requirement and ensure daily water treatment quality before discharge
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or any other relevant field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in building facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of building systems and maintenance
- Strong analytical mind, high integrity and result driven.
- Possess hands-on attitude, with team work spirit and able to lead a team
