What you'll do:
As a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities across multiple regions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with both the Finance Manager and Financial Controller as well as direct interaction with senior stakeholders from end markets.You will be instrumental in driving the monthly Sales & Operations Planning rhythm by providing detailed financial scenarios that inform decision-making at the highest levels. Your expertise will be called upon to streamline processes through automation initiatives while upholding rigorous control standards.
By fostering strong relationships with internal customers and cross-functional teams alike, you will help create an environment where continuous improvement is not just encouraged but expected. - Deliver robust financial information and scenario analyses required for Sales & Operations Planning meetings, budgeting cycles, and actuals in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
- Drive operational improvements by simplifying and integrating processes while maintaining accurate standard operating procedures and supporting control documentation requirements.
- Respond to accounting policy inquiries as well as ad hoc reporting and analysis requests; provide periodic training sessions to customers or site teams as needed.
- Foster positive customer relationships through proactive engagement and ensure their needs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Support process automation initiatives by developing technical solutions that enhance efficiency across finance operations.
- Maintain a high-quality monthly forecasting rhythm so that finance leaders have clear visibility into bottom-up financial positions and drivers of change within each cluster.
- Collaborate closely with corporate and commercial finance teams at end markets to strengthen management forecasting, reporting processes, provision of financial insights, ad hoc analysis, and drive simplification initiatives.
- Work alongside other local finance teams—including planning & reporting and accounting services—while participating in cross-functional projects focused on operational improvement or analytical insight.
- Ensure all monthly business-as-usual tasks related to planning and reporting are completed accurately and on time to uphold high standards of quality.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders from various markets to align on strategic objectives such as standardisation, scalability, and consolidation.

- Demonstrated ability to interpret accounting processes and practices while understanding their broader business impact is vital for informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in analysing reports to identify issues or challenges within report functionalities or underlying data structures is necessary for continuous process enhancement.
- Experience leading projects aimed at operational improvements—especially when managing remote customer bases—is highly valued in this collaborative setting.
