2–3 years of working experience in external audit is preferred.
- Internal audit experience is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with corporate governance, risk management, and financial reporting standards is a plus.
- Plan and execute full-cycle internal audits (financial, operational, IT, and compliance).
- Evaluate internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, fraud risks, and control gaps, offering practical solutions.
- Draft detailed audit reports with recommendations and follow-up actions.
- Perform pre-IPO risk assessments to ensure readiness for Bursa Malaysia’s Main or ACE Market.
- Advise on IPO compliance frameworks, including MFRS, SOC 1/2, and PCAOB (if applicable).
- Assess corporate governance structures, related-party transactions, ESG reporting, and anti-fraud systems.
