Job Summary:

The HR & Office Admin Intern will support daily HR operations and administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, L&D, performance management, and general office management.

It's ideal for someone interested in learning the behind-the-scenes workings of a dynamic media company and building foundational skills in people and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Support
  • Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles.
  • Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., preparing documents, tracking checklists).
  • Maintain and organize employee files, databases, and records.
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives (e.g., birthdays, team events).
Administrative & Office Support
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry inventory, and equipment needs.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
  • Support meeting room scheduling and basic logistics for internal and client meetings.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the HR or operations team.
Data Entry & Documentation
  • Update HR trackers (e.g., leave records, intern database, recruitment pipelines).
  • Ensure documents are correctly filed in digital folders (e.g., contracts, NDAs, evaluations).
Requirements/ Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
