Job Summary:
The HR & Office Admin Intern will support daily HR operations and administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, L&D, performance management, and general office management.It's ideal for someone interested in learning the behind-the-scenes workings of a dynamic media company and building foundational skills in people and operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Support- Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles.
- Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., preparing documents, tracking checklists).
- Maintain and organize employee files, databases, and records.
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives (e.g., birthdays, team events).
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, pantry inventory, and equipment needs.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
- Support meeting room scheduling and basic logistics for internal and client meetings.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the HR or operations team.
- Update HR trackers (e.g., leave records, intern database, recruitment pipelines).
- Ensure documents are correctly filed in digital folders (e.g., contracts, NDAs, evaluations).
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Firsthand experience in HR processes and office operations
- Insight into recruitment, L&D, performance management and people engagement in the media industry
- Exposure to workplace culture-building and admin systems
